Rosalia
Rosalia Vila is also referred to as Rosalia, is a Spanish singer of flamenco. Her work has been in the margins of traditional and popular music since her teens she has also delved into different music genres like hip-hop soul and trap. Following her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned her an Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and her follow-up album in 2018. El Mal Querer was a huge commercial and critical hit making it to the top of Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and eventually getting a Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami, her third album, featured songwriting collaborations between Cory Henry and James Blake. The set began to be released in conjunction with Saturday Night Live's performance of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was first Spanish artist to perform on her own in the show. Motomami was the only female in the history of music to be a winner of the Latin Album of the Year two times, in addition to the three Latin Grammy Awards.
